Its an evil rare Cancer type...
First they discover one i the ear, then they began examine him, and find another one placed behind his eyes/nose..
Hes gettin medicinal care now - and is getting better...
Goddamn, he's only 3 years old
His twin brother is fine - no cancer on him...
