The quick answer to this is ............ STUPIDITY!!!!!
My story answer is this............ I once was buying a pizza at a place... It was $10.50 so I gave the girl working there $20.50 She then tries to give me the 50 cents back saying "its only 10.50" . Well, I informed her that the 50 cents was so I could get 10 dollars back and wouldn't have to get so much change back. To which she smiled and replied.... " oh ok, that makes some sence"..... then gave me a five , four ones and 4 quarters!!!!
I was so ...... I don't even know what I was..... I just took the money and walked off.
