I would say the "stop and go" method works well, but I would call it something more along the lines of "keeping you on the brink" for as long as possible. It works wonders. Heheee. The longer, the better.
This would entail stimulation until you're about to hit the "point of no return" and then stopping. And you get to that point over and over and over. When you finally reach orgasm, it's going to be quite intense, depending on how long you do the whole stop n go thing.
