Anyone have a high-end set of headphones that they like?

I am considering buying a decent set of headphones. I currently have some cheap old Sony CD50s, which aren't bad, but are showing some age.

I would probably use a new set between my component system, PC, and maybe MP3 player.

Sony MDR-7506's and Sennheiser HD-280Pro's get lots of praise, and are in the price range that I would consider ($100 or so).
