Stop running dude! .. if you wanna grow you have to stop doing cardio! ..
You have to chose:
Either you wanna gain fast,
Or trim up ..
Or do the combined, but alot longer version! ..
Eat Chicken! Eat Turkey! Lift Heavy, Sleep Heavy, and Eat Heavy! .. Its the only way to get Heavy!
Your weight gainer and creatine will not work unless you stop running .. It will only increase the use of energy in your body, and it will eat your muscles dry! ..
So once again, stop running ..
If you wanna take on 15-20 pounds, then aim for 25 pounds, and when you reach it .. Start doing your cardio .. Along with the normal training .. And you can relax alittle on the heavy weights by then, and start doing 12-15 reps instead .. But still, eat alot of Chicken and Turkey .. Oh .. and Tuna. Fish is good for ya.
