Fast Weight Gain.... ??
Does anyone out there know how I could put on an extra 15-20 pounds in the next 5 months ??? Im currently 6"0 tall and weigh 161lbs, I exercise 4 if not 5 times a week and run/jog about 3 times a week. I've took creatine, whey proteins, weight gainers, and even hormone drops, some of these helped but I think I just burned the weight right off. I know eating is a very big part of it but there has to be another way to put on some pounds and keep the weight. If anyone has been in the same boat and has comments or suggestions they will be greatly appreciated, also if you know of any good weight gainers that'd be kool too, thanks
