except, as i said above, TO was after VH
in America. both games came here well after their debut in Japan (actually, I'm unsure if VH came here after Japan or not...).
TO was out a few years before VH on the SNES............ soooooooo
in american gamer terms, VH was first.
in Japan and the creators of the games terms, VH was made well after TO.
