Well here i am echoing the posts above. You sound like a very rational person, certainly more retional than i probably would be in your situation.
In my opinion, suing would only put a value on your borther's life. I dont think i would be very happy knowing that my brother was only worth say $500,000 after he died or something like that. There is no way to bring your brother back and it sounds as if you understand the whole situation. Plus, how do you feel about a lawyer getting rich of your and your families loss?
