If you think the only thing involved in a (good) blowjob is headbobbing and rhythm, you're wrong. If a chick meets only those two requirements, she's probably complaining about a sore jaw after 2 minutes. It's more complicated than that.
This is how things are with my circle of friends:
Men get more oral then women. (This is because most of us females don't enjoy oral.)
Cunnilingus is more complex than fellatio, so it's more work to please a woman than a man.
I define best time by how fast I can make men come, which I think is somewhere under 5 minutes, but I don't like to track the time when I'm having fun. As for lengthwise, probably more than an hour.
I've had a guy go down on me for 2+ hours before and it did not a thing for me. Talk about time and energy wasted.
