The work for men (though it hardly seems like work) is more in the area of creativity, exploration, inventiveness, and rhythm.
The work for women (though it REALLY doesn't seem like work) is more in the area of rhythm and head-bobbing.
NOW, that said, if you measure "work" in terms of calories burned, I'd say women do WAY more than men. Takes a lot of energy to bob her head like that.
As I type this, I'm struck by the heterocentricity of this thread. It's really not "men and women" so much as "people performing oral sex on women and men"....
Actually, that's another interesting topic. Think a woman works as hard eating another woman as a man would eating the <i>same</i> woman? I sort of doubt it.
