yes, even if they're all there except zach, they can form a different band, if they want.
if it was rage with a new singer, they'd probably keep the name "rage against the machine"
or maybe
"the artists formerly known as rage against the machine but we're still doing the same stuff just with a different front man" or something stupid like that
