Don't do drugs. Don't eat poppy seeds.
I'm sure there are a number of pointers that others can share, but honestly without additional details on the type of drug test (hair? urine?) and the amount of time whatever drug has been in your system, I don't think you'll be getting any practical advice. While providing us with such details, you will also want to avoid incriminating yourself. Good luck.
