Ok sorry, I didnt give too much detail. The tightness seems to make me really sensitive, so when I am getting head it can be reallly quick and I have to tell my wife to avoid the foreskin. Its ok during sex but if she is on top i have the same problem, really intense and orgasm too fast. It has split a few times but not that often.
