I love tiny song-bits, the shorter the better. 5 to 10 seconds is great. They are perfect in the middle of a random playlist while I'm driving. If anyone remembers the original Muppet Show Cast Album, the Statler and Waldorf dropins ("Brilliant!" "Well, it wasn't that great") are fine examples.
I just came across this promo for the "world's smallest album" by a band called Chromeo (I've never heard of them):
Three minutes long, 55 tracks. It sounds absolutely perfect for me, except that I think it may be a prank. Or a downloadable GPS voice, or something.
Does anyone know of other good short music?
