Do these type of games require that much ram?
I think my bro-in-law put in like 512 or something in mine when he refurbished it in the last crash. I told him it was too slow, be he said that's all I needed, since all I basically did was surf, watch clips and play facebook games. It got to be too slow to play the facebook games so I quit going. Then the power supply went.
