No penetration, whatsoever. I might have had pre-cum at that point, I'm not sure. I know I had it earlier with the handjob (She thought I came but it was pre-cum).
That being said, is there a possibility of pregnancy if I had pre-cum on my penis when I rubbed it against her vajayjay? Or on the hand I used to finger her? Or pre-cum in general without penetration?
Also, how long does she have to wait until she can pee on a stick? She's counting down the days to her period.

It would be extremely, extremely unlikely for a woman to become pregnant because of a speck of dried semen on a finger used to masturbate her. That said, better safe than sorry. Useful to have a damp cloth next to the bed, in order to clean the hands and genitals after sexual contact, if you and your girlfriend don't feel like getting up and washing.
It is not particularly likely that a woman will become pregnant merely from contact with seminal fluids (pre-cum). But it is possible. The basic rule of thumb is that if you're concerned about pregnancy, your penis should simply never touch her vagina without your wearing a condom. Not in any way. You should certainly never ejaculate on her vagina, or between her vaginal lips; but even the release of seminal fluids can be risky. Generally speaking, seminal fluids do not have much sperm in them; but they can and usually will have a few. The odds are heavily against one of those few actually entering a fertile egg, but it has been known to occur.
Virginity, by the way, is no guarantee that impregnation will be difficult. There have been a number of recorded cases of women becoming pregnant by means of ejaculate on the vagina, or through partial penetration, with their hymens still intact.
As for pregnancy tests, most will have such information printed on the box. But the usual minimum timeframe is 7 to 10 days after the unprotected sexual encounter, an over-the-counter urine test will be able to function properly. And, of course, if you're really freaking out, and feel like you can't wait a week, there's always the Morning After pill.
