I have no idea how to measure my metabolism. I know I'm scrawny.
I assume mine is close to normal if not a little on the high side.
If you just eat healthy and stay active, your weight doesn't change much.
Don't know why I can't seem to add much muscle mass. I've certainly been trying.

Only time my metabolism changed was when I was off starving in the woods in the military.
I lost like 8ish pounds and came back and gained like 15ish. Then went back to normal.
I had a mini beer gut for like two months. It was brutal. I ran it off, though.
