What you need to do is bring up the FSB and multiplier in small increments. If it's unstable, increase the voltage. Whatever you do, I wouldn't go over 50 degrees under load. To monitor temps, get motherboard monitor 5. (Just Google these programs). To test stablilty, get and run Prime95 for a few hours.
