For a long time I used 15 x 147 for a CPU speed of 2.205GHz. I have the same CPU as you, but an MSI KT4 Ultra mobo. Everything ran fine, but I now use 15 x 135.2 because I couldn't tell a difference in speed and I figured it'd be best to run a little slower and cooler. BTW, at the time, my CPU never went over 45°C!
