Incall is when you go to her house (this is classified as a brothel in Canada regardless of whether it is one woman working out her apartment or several working from an apartment).
Outcall is when they come to your house or hotel room. This is perfectly legal in Canada.
Streetwalking is legal in Canada. What *is* illegal is the public communication to engage in commercial sex (i.e. if you talk about paying for sex, you are breaking the law).
Escort website say explicitly that you are paying for their time and not any act. If something happens during that time, it's just something that happened between two consenting adults.
