I've never tried any of them but I'm certain that a lot of them deliver what's advertised. However, considering that the risks of jail time and STDs are an implicit part of the deal, I'd imagine it most sensible to pick someone up at a bar.

Incall is when you go to her house (this is classified as a brothel in Canada regardless of whether it is one woman working out her apartment or several working from an apartment).

Outcall is when they come to your house or hotel room. This is perfectly legal in Canada.

Streetwalking is legal in Canada. What *is* illegal is the public communication to engage in commercial sex (i.e. if you talk about paying for sex, you are breaking the law).

Escort website say explicitly that you are paying for their time and not any act. If something happens during that time, it's just something that happened between two consenting adults.

I was looking on craig's list for Oriental rugs and saw that "adult" section that caused such a fuss last year. So, I clicked into it to see what the big deal was.
