For those that have experience with it, how would you recommend going about it for the first time?
I tend to jump straight into things.. I went from 0 to pain slut in about two sex sessions years back.
Obviously I'd like to take this somewhat slowly. A friend recommended "Penny Flame's expert guide to rough sex", which has a segment on choke play, and how to do it safely on it. Has anyone ever seen this?
