When it comes to caper movies, I'm a Robert Redford kind of guy. The Sting, obviously, but I think Sneakers has been woefully forgotten.

Another good Redford caper that is even more overlooked is
The Hot Rock.
A couple of other good ones from that era
The Brinks Job
What's Up Doc.
Another good, yet unconvetional, caper film is
Wallace & Grommit:The Wrong Trousers.
Some other ones I like:
Disorganized Crime
Thomas Crowne Affair (remake, fell asleep during the original)
Short Circuit 2
Breaking In
And a movie that is both good and horrible at the same time:
Hudson Hawk
