That the God of the Bible exists outside of our universe, that He is not contained within it and thus is not subject to its laws and limitations,
is a well known truth (or at least, a well known concept) among Christian scholars and believers. If this is the first time you or others here have encountered this concept, then I can only assume you have not studied the Bible very closely, and/or you have not read much in the way of post-20th Century Christian theologians and apologists.
