Is that added sugar? Or is that total sugars, i.e. simple carbohydrates?
Like, the strawberry yogurt shows 6.5 cubes of sugar. But how much of that is due to added sugar (e.g. high fructose corn syrup), and how much of that (if any) is due to the natural sugars found in the milk product and in the bits of fruit?
