dislocated both shoulders at least 7 times each
broken nose
6+ concussions
partially torn rotator cuff
arthritis throughout the major joints (knees, elbows, wrists, ankles)
broken pinky finger oddly enough
a back that is fickle to say the least
all from hockey of course.
