While we look at kids dressing more adult-like with adults' eyes and see them trying to look sexy -- and I'm sure some are -- are they really understanding what they're doing? Do they see it as a sexual thing or are they just doing what's cool? Especially at a pre-adolescent stage of development, I don't think most have the understanding of the sexual connotations of their clothing or actions. Maybe in puberty (and who wasn't a horny little fucker during puberty?) they start to grasp it, but I don't think it's nearly as bad as it's made out to be.
