He said the bones are so small that the likelihood of an effective surgery are slim to none. Since Sebastian is so young still that the bones will fix themselves (if not a bit awkwardly).

That's great news, and maybe the cast/collar won't be so bad since I'm sure Sebastian will be getting much attention while wearing his new color-coordinated accessories.
