Cool, thanks for the tips, I think I'm going to call around to some of the local shops looking for a 18-200. That seems like a great all around lens that would work for what she's using it for and maybe just sell the 55-200 to absorb some of the cost of it. The VR is vibration resistance isn't it? We're just getting into this, but she has taken some good shots of our puppy and nephew and did some good work with photoshop to really make them pop. Normally I've just used my Nikon L3 point and shoot and loved that except for the slow shutter speed so this is like a whole new world and seems like an expensive one at that. lol
