As far as performance goes, I'd say Vanessa Lane. That bitch is so flexible that I now look at pretzels and get a hard-on. Rachel Starr is also very nice.
For looks, I'd go with Amy Reid. Not a conventional choice by any means, but I personally find her extremely attractive. Also, Eva Angelina is adorable, and I could watch any video featuring her.
