I'm 36 and use it regularly for increased performance. Most of the time I use it for the benefit that it makes me hard as a freakin' rock, which my wife loves, not so I recuperate quickly after an orgasm and go at it all night (although I do this on occassion). It DEFINITELY makes a difference!
