Also, I remember back when it was first introduced everyone made a big deal out of being able to get a prescription online pretty easily... does anyone know if this is still possible? What's the best way to get it without embarrassing myself in front of my doctor?

I've never tried it, I have no reason to go on for hours. My problem is that I physically get exhausted before it goes down. But I think I must be strange.

I can tell you that at the physician's office you are going to be the only one embarrassed about the situation. It is an incredibly common request. There are potential side effects though, I have never heard a patient complain. The drug is not meant to be prescribed to increase performance but to be used on those who truly cannot achieve a full or lasting erection. I am not sure if a physician will prescribe it for you if you are stating you just want to go for hours.

I'm not sure if anyone remembers, but a while ago I posted asking for tips on learning to please my fiancee better. Well, I took everyone's advice and finally got her communicating with me about her sexual needs. One thing she mentioned is that occasionally she just wants to spend the entire day in bed. I'd love to do this, but I'm not physically able. So, I'm looking for something to assist me in doing this for her. Have you ever tried to get hard again a few hours after an orgasm?

One way to last a day is to have lots of cuddling, massaging and foreplay along with sex toys.

Also don't orgasm everytime you have penetrative sex. It will take some discipline, but it fulls really good when you finish.

I tried it. I just asked the doctor. He gave me a sample pack, warned me of possible side effects and that was it. It really just depends. It can be used to increase sex to a certain range, you could just tell the doctor that sex doesn't last long enough.

When I did try it... lets just say wow. It made me feel like I had just woken up with the famous "morning wood", but it wouldn't go away. So as long as there is stimulation it keeps on staying up orgasm or not.

hahaha, yeah, it's pretty awesome. I had actually been asking her for a long time, but I was finally able to wear her down and we had a really good talk about it. I learned quite a few things. She said she felt better after getting that stuff out in the open. I don't know why she was so hesitant before. I guess sometimes it's just hard to take that first step.
