Firstly I appreciate your honesty.
I know and can understood how bad it is to let go a girl who you like a lot. But know what? years from now you wont even remember her. You must have made your move bit early.
One of my personal policy is NOT to flirt, date or affair with colleagues. no matter how great they look. Girls have a tendency to be very nice and kind to you if you are very helpful for thier work. make sure you dont interpret as any vibes. Now that doesnt mean they want to get personal with you.... Neither does that mean they are bitching you. It is just the way it works.
