wow. Don't get a DSLR. in 1 month, I took over 1500 shots with it. By the end of the year, i'll probably be at 10,000 already. DSLR is really addictive compared to just a point and shoot.
But as far as your camera, I suggest the canon powershots like the G9. awesome camera with really powerful settings.
