I try to go four days a week, but I don't always make it.
Mon & Thurs - chest, shoulders, triceps, abs
Tues & Fri - quads, hamstrings, glutes, lats, biceps, calves, abs
I was running on the treadmill 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the amount of time I had) but it was hurting my knee so much that I wasn't able to finish, so I tried the elliptical. I had tried it earlier and it hurt my hips. I think maybe I was on one that the stride was too long for me. The new machine works great, so I have been using it with no pain.
