If you don't mind used, try IT (or IS) departments of government agencies.
The area I work with is in the processing of changing out its 17" monitors for 2 on-a-desk brand new 19". I don't even think they're two years old yet.
I'm sure we're not the only ones doing this with taxpayer dollars.
