American Pie was meh. Funny movie, but the nude scene..
I'll take Wild Things. Denise Richards boobies are nice.
Also, in Requiem for a Dream, Jennifer Connelly is amazing, it's so sad and disturbing that a nude moment thrown in just adds to the perceived hopelessness and despair.
