Wow, well I'm sure nuclear power will help their economy when they are sitting on a giant oil reserve. I mean sure its costly and potentially dangerous in inexperienced hands but now they can stand up shoulder to shoulder with those less oil fortunate nations who use nuclear power as an alternative. Undoubtedly this is their only motive for such an expensive and unnecessary investment.
