I searched on mcaffee, and didn't see anything on this topic: I want to load up Norton anti virus on my home pc, as it comes free with my cable internet.

I already have Mcaffee installed (2006 - now expired in anticipation of installing Norton) but cannot un-install. Everytime I run the uninstall and then try to install Norton, Norton will not complete because it says that Mcaffee is still there.

Any hints?
