I don't know about the other versions, but B3:Takedown also had what I called "The Insurance Adjuster's Nightmare" mode, where you have to crash through an intersection and cause as much damage as possible initially. The oncoming traffic continues and creates yet more carnage. You get rated by dollars of how much total damage you get, along with bonus multipliers from your collision and sliding into bonus targets.
totally addicting and mind numbing.
