Okay, I don't really think the ASCC is a piece of shit. It's just that a few years ago Honda showed us this.
They said, "here ya go guys, this is the HSC and it is the concept to replace the NSX". We loved it. It's mid engined and even though they didn't say so, we dreamed that it would be hand built of exotic materials and compete with Gallardos and F-360s for half the price. It would be like 1991 all over again.
Then they said it'll have a high revving V10 and we got even more excited.
Then came the rumors that it would be front engined and built of conventional materials. Not so excited.
Then the ASCC. You can imagine our lack of glee. It might be fast as hell, but it looks like a clown shoe and seems clearly aimed to compete with Bently and Jaguar and AM, not Ferrari or Lamborghini.
It might be a great car, I just wish they'd quit calling it the successor to the NSX.
