I don't see anything I should get worried about except perhaps that there are still people dumb enough to even think of this kind of scheme and the even dumber ones who go along with it. To me it's just another version of the Brooklyn Bridge for sale rather than rape of the Moon. About selling stuff you don't own, have you checked out ebay lately?
