Another biggie in order to move on (part and parcel of changing) is to forgive those who have done you wrong. If not, it is often too easy to simply fall into patterns of blame that absolve you from responsibility from your role in the matter and prevent you from really spending your attention where it needs to be: helping yourself help yourself.
