on my resume I have a list of languages/technologies I've learned in class... a lot of them are not in depth, kind of a brief overview and we may have spent a week or 2 on them. but some of them I know better... I put the ones I know better at the begining, and if they ask about it I can tell them about how much of each language I know.
and If you are particularly proud of some certain projects you've done you can print out the code and make a portfolio to show them some samples of your work.
