I second your friend; the Conroes are fucking amazing. I build a 6400 system and it's smokin. Plus, you can overclock the hell out of them.

I really don't see any glaring problems with your setup, except the fucking UGLY case.

I'd spend the money on a better PSU and case, not together. Typically integrated PSUs are low quality.

One other note: find out the Voltage for your motherboard. Conroe boards are notorious for being incompatible with high voltage ram, and the Corsair ram is 2.1V.
