Shauk, I'd LOVE to be your personal trainer but thats hard to do internet wise. I work now as a personal trainer and people pay me to make them work out. They pay me to create their programs, teach them their program, progress their programs as they improve, motivate them and hold them accountable. I could give you a program but I would have no way to hold you accountable for that program. I could tell you equipment to buy so you could work out at home but again, I couldn't hold you accountable for your workout and like most people that buy home equipment it would probably end up gathering dust and taking up space.
You posted on this space asking for help, but really you know what you have to do, you're just hoping someone will give you a more palatable alternative. Come on, we both know there isn't one. I, like you found myself very overweight and feeling sick and weak all the time. My friends would ask me out and usually I was the "third wheel" because I was fat and felt too insecure to even consider asking out a girl. Maybe I wasn't even that bad but my own insecurity kept me home watching Babylon 5 or playing video games instead of joining my friends out on the town. Finally, after having a two week vacation from work when I was going to "really accomplish a lot" and mostly found myself eating pizza and feeling like crap I decided to make a change. I went to a gym, embarressment be dammned ( and believe me I was embarressed) joined and eventually hired a trainer. I discovered nobody gives a damn what you look like or what you are doing at the gym. People are far too wrapped up into their own thing to care about you. My advice is, join a gym, schedule a time that YOU CAN"T MISS and work out.If you can afford a trainer, hire one. If you can't and need help I will be glad to work with you by e-mail or posting on here to give you work-outs, nutritional advice, and any motivation I can.
