My wife had "hemmies" after childbirth. Every once in awhile they come back. I feel horrible for her. Anyway, if they are not acting up, she can have anal sex with no more pain that the usual. Anal also did not make the "hemmies" come back. Just be careful, slow and gentle. I hope it all works out for you. Congrats on the baby.
