5 - 6 small meals throughout the day. It is quite easy to accomplish and I have noticed that I go hungry less throughout the day as a result of the change in food consumption.

Eat breakfast, most important meal of the day.

Any chance you still have a membership to the fitness facility at your college, either as a student or an alumni?
