it CAN'T be muscle....my stomach is flabby (but not tooo much, but it still is)
and its really hard for me to control my eating. cuz sumtimes, i eat fast and don't have that full feeling till i've eaten too much...also, sumtimes i feel hungry, but since i don't wanna eat an entire meal, i snack on sumthing, usually chips
any tips on how to control ur eating habits?
