help...weight problem

Hey guys~

I need help. I’m 5’6” and weigh 170…170 of FAT, not muscle. I don’t look obese, because I’m not…I’m overweight, but people would probably assume that I have a lot of muscle and a little fat, which isn’t true. I need help losing weight and gaining muscle. However, I can’t get any motivation to do so.

I was part of my college’s cross-country (running long distance) program. I ran Mondays through Fridays, running about 15 miles weekly. I started running, thinking I would lose weight, but I haven’t….instead, I’ve gained weight. I have a feeling that its my eating habits….i eat pretty unhealthy food. But how do you guys/girls get motivated enough to actually work and work hard and fix your weight problems?

Give me sum tips on how I can be more motivated. I don’t have a girlfriend rite now (so trying to impress a girl won’t motivate me).

What do you think about when you try losing weight/gain muscle/get more fit that encourages you to push and work even harder?
